Plan

The road map to success. We've defined the goals; we understand the competition; and we know your needs and challenges, both inside and out. Now it's time to put forth an educated and informed plan, one in which our recommendations are analyzed against your strategic objectives and goals.

Concept

It's starting to get fun. At this stage, all the hard work and thinking starts to morph into something more tangible. The concept development phase allows us to finally get to use our right brain. The strategy and objectives are about to be translated into design, whether of a website, brand identity, print collateral, or all of the above. This is the hard work that goes into making it 'work'.

Design

More than just pretty pictures. Many factors must go into designing a web site before the proverbial pen is put to paper. To name just a few: site mapping, wire framing, content and interaction design. A site design can be as straight-forward as laying out the look and feel of an ad campaign. Or it can be as complex as multiple screens for a new concept. Either way, the integration of all online and offline initiatives is a must: otherwise, you might as well burn the money you've spent on those components that don't 'match'.

We'll build it so they will come. And by 'they', of course we mean your customers.

Build

Pieces of the puzzle: This is where the design concepts come to life. They are now in the hands of our trusty and brainy programmers. This stage is the culmination of all the initial efforts between client (that's you!), creative director, writer, and technical lead. You can relax: there'll be one more approvals stage where you can see and test the solution you initially approved at the concept stage.

Keep it current. Keep it fresh.

Maintain

The work doesn't stop here. Now that you've launched your site and new customers are finding and contacting you, what's next? The site must be kept current, fresh, and high up on your potential customers' search engines. This means it'll need to be updated on a regular basis. Whether this is done manually or through the use of our Content Management System (CMS), a plan must be drawn up, and implemented. Keep your site up-to-date and it will keep paying off for you.

The numbers will tell the story. And you don't want this story to end.

Measure

The truth is in the numbers. Unlike other mass media, online technologies offer a high degree of measurability. Who's using your site? Where are the users coming from? What are they looking at?
