What is it?  A techie-term term to describe the overall experience a person has as a result of their interactions with a product or service through a specific delivery method. It’s focus is generally centered around the integration of design, business objectives and psychology. User Experience attempts to predict a sequence of interactions between a user and a website that will ultimately be used to achieve a goal or desired result. This is a jargony way of saying that ideally, we try to guide the user through the site in a specific manner and order.  Even simpler:  if they like your site and get what they need from it easily, they’ll buy what you’re selling.
