The Challenge
Chariot Carriers is a Calgary based manufacturer of high-end child transport carriers. They are designed and built to meet the needs of today's active families. With distribution and sales to locations around the world and a constantly evolving product line, Chariot needed a communications strategy to keep up with the constant flux. An interesting side-note about this product... as an owner of a Chariot myself, I have never experienced a product where people will stop you in the street to inquire about the carrier and most Chariot owners seem very happy to chat about them.

Ecentric provided a full suite of services starting with strategic planning and brand positioning. Chariot's product line is deep with many unique selling features. In order to communicate effectively with their large and geographically diverse audience, ecentric helped develop a multi-faceted campaign. The strategy centered around an informative and graphically rich website that utilized motion design, Flash video, 360 panoramics and photo galleries. This was supported with a variety of printed materials for in store support.
