Goals

What are the overall goals for your web site?

This can be as simple as a design update to keep up with the competition, or a complete rebranding and new direction completely to take advantage of the social media boom going on.

What are the measurable goals of the project?

Everyone wants to increase traffic to their site, this is a given. Once on the site, have you ever asked yourself, “what do we want our visitors to do?” In some cases, it is to purchase products online, in most cases it involves some action that ultimately drives the user to pick up the phone and contact you. This may involve drive the user to a request a quote or signup for a newsletter. We will work with you to define the steps to achieve your measurable goals for the site.

Explain how the website integrates into your organization’s overall marketing strategy.

Will the site support and reinforce your companies existing marketing materials, or will the new site be the basis for all ongoing materials?

Special Requirements

Explain any special features or functionality that you want to incorporate into the new website, such as dynamic functionality incorporating databases, forms, multimedia (Flash, video, audio), email marketing, content management systems (CMS).
